Roche lake is the largest stocked rainbow trout lake
Roche Lake is the largest of seven world-class stocked rainbow trout lakes, within the park. Only two of which are served by maintained gravel roads, on the Thompson Plateau.
The park is surrounded by several small fishing lakes accessible via ATV's at most times of the year

Roche Lake Resort offers several types of Cabins, Suites and Campsites for rental.
All in a gated private resort nestled in a Provincial Park
You will have access to the swimming pool overlooking the lake, (typically May - Sept long weekend weather permitting)
The lodge, formerly a bar and restaurant has been converted to a gathering area for your enjoyment. Equipped with a pool table, dart board and tables.
During your stay:
You will have access to the Lodge which has been recently converted to a Community Centre. It has plenty of seating inside and out for you to enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and docks. Enjoy the pool table, foos ball, air hockey and dart board while you are there.
The pool is open weather permitting typically May Long Weekend to September Long Weekend. It is heated, but not overly warm due to the cool mountain nights.
Enjoy the surrounding trails for biking and hiking. Keep in mind that you are in the wilderness with the local wildlife.
You will have access to the private boat launch and will be offered a slip for your boat.
Boats are available for rent.
Send us a message and we will check the availability of the rental boats. They are 12' Lunds with 7.5hp motors. They will start with a full tank of gas, but you will need to bring additional gas. Gas is not available at the resort. Please check the information page on boat rentals and pricing.
